Administration Specialist - Tenders and Bidding

Ennova Research is looking for an Administration Specialist to handle the administrative tasks related to tendering procedures, both in the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identifying tenders and market offers through dedicated portals.
- Verifying requirements and feasibility.
- Preparing the necessary administrative documentation for participation in tender procedures in compliance with the requirements and deadlines outlined in the Tender Specifications.
- Monitoring deadlines and assigned schedules.
- Submitting tenders (electronically and/or via traditional paper submission).
- Monitoring the award process.
- Requesting access to tender-related documents.
- Managing procedures in case of awards, including contract signing, renewals, and provisional and definitive guarantees.
- Registering and updating Supplier Registers and managing accreditation with public and private entities.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023).
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of:
- E-Procurement systems and the main regional procurement systems for Public Administrations
- The Acquistinretepa portal of the Public Administration (MEPA – Agreements – Framework Agreements – Dynamic Acquisition System)
- The ANAC portal and related procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Law or equivalent fields (preferred).
- At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate services.
